Who Should Apply?
We’re looking for second-year or penultimate-year undergraduates from any academic background who:
- Have strong communication skills and a growth mindset
- Are team players who can collaborate in a fast-paced environment, delivering accurate results under pressure
- Have a genuine interest in finance, global macroeconomics, and current affairs
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
- Programming and data analytics skills (e.g. Python, R, Java, SQL, C++) are desirable but not required
- Have business-level fluency in English; additional languages (French, German, Spanish, or Italian) are a plus
