The Infrastructure Operations Team's role is to"Enable the Service" through driving our partners in providing the Bank with the Technology required to run the business, securing the Customers and Banks data, improving stability and remaining current in order to provide a world-class service.
What's the opportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team responsible for ensuring that the Bank of Ireland's data and devices are appropriately secured through proactive patch and secure configuration management. This is a key component of the effective management of IT and IS risk within the Bank.
The successful candidate will have the chance to acquire new knowledge and skills in relation to securing the Bank's IT assets and to apply his / her experience to positively impact the continuous improvement of the services provided by the team.
